Hi, I’m Samantha! I’m a fourth-generation Chelan Valley local, lifelong hospitality professional, and the founder of Solstice Property Management. With over 15 years of experience in hotels, restaurants, and vacation rentals, I’ve learned that true hospitality isn’t just about properties—it’s about people.

After working in corporate vacation rental management, I saw firsthand how homeowners and guests were often treated like numbers. I knew there had to be a better way—one that felt personal, community-driven, and rooted in genuine care for both people and the place I call home.

And that’s how Solstice Property Management was born.
